Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy is super simple. Non-defective products may be returned within seven (14) calendar days after delivery and it is not a special ordered product (stock ordered upon request), customized or special configured product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued via original payment type. All non-defective returns authorized by will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All returned products must be unused and in original unopened packaging. The packaging must be intact and have no damage whatsoever. We don’t accept a return is if product is used or damaged by you or if the product is returned incomplete.

If you received a wrong product or if it was faulty on arrival we will pay for return shipping. Please contact customer service for more information on returning a product.

Product Warranties and Repairs

All products sold by are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor if they fall within the product warranty period listed on the product page. We encourage you to contact Support before purchasing a products if you have any questions about its warranty. All products needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer directly for service. If you need product support during warranty period please contact the manufacturer directly. does not provide any direct warranty and support for products we sell and is not liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.

What shipping service do you use?

We use UPS or USPS for most shipments. Adult signature on delivery is required.
